Well I've been taking 37.5 twice a day. I've now started on 75mg in the morning and after a week will try taking this in the evening too... So back to 150mg. I find the lower dose just dumbs me down a little but doesn't tackle motivation and depression. Will see how it goes. Really trying to keep on top of my appetite and potential weight gain as one of my daughters gets married in May, and I just CANNOT put on weight! xx
