Hi everyone,
Really glad to find this forum. I'm 29 and have had a stressful time for the last 18 months or so and I suspect I'm suffering from stress and anxiety. It seems to be manifesting itself as a series of different physical symptoms (heart palpitations, low mood, sleep problems, back ache) and this has in turn led to hypochondria/health-anxiety on my part.
I've been to see my GP numerous times and have also been to casualty for an ECG and I keep being told it's stress. Anyhow, I thought I'd join the forum to get some tips on dealing with all this and possibly make some friends along the way.
