    amazing tip! no more worry about racing heart!

    Hi guys!
    I'm sure a lot of you really worry or panic when your heart races and pounds but you don't need to worry!
    Just think, if you're going to die/heart attack etc your heart SLOWS INCREDIBLEY not speeds up!
    This really helped me. Hope this helps!

    That isn't really true but I'll not go into reasons why as it could be a trigger.
