Achy

I was wondering if anyone else got achy legs with or after the attacks? Every so often my legs really ach but of course I think it's something else and that sets off my attacks.

If anyone else DOES get this is there a way you help ease the pain

Hi there i get the same type of leg aches during and after a panic attack and i asked my gp last time i weent to see her and she just said its another thing to add to the list of symptoms for panic attacks

i would try not to worry about them

Hi Terri,
i get really achy legs, i find that they are fidgety too. Sometimes they feel really weak and sometimes they feel really tingly. I am sure a lot of the time it is down to tension with me as well as anxiety.

Be gentle and you will need no strength, be patient and you will achieve all things.

Its extremely common. They and our chest and back muscles are the biggest muscle mass so we hold tension in them very easily.

Exercise, massage and stretching all help.
