    Not brilliant but a start

Well, after a week of major blips (thanks to all supported me in chat btw) and being terrified of leaving my safe zone, my house, i went out for a walk today, on my own, just around the a little part of the estate but i did it. I usually love walking but have not done it for a while. So please and it was quiet and a beautiful day. A positive for me.

    Take care

Well done Daisybun. It would be good to keep this up and getting out for a short walk each day if you can.
