A Sucessful Day !

Hi just thought i would share my progress with you today.

I have been assigned a key worker and went to meet him today at the mental health clinic, i have suffered for 10 years with Agorophobia on and off and have lost alot of confidence, which as made my life so much more limted in the things i can do.
Today as been a real confidence boost ! i went with him for a walk round a large lake, then went into a busy cafe for a coffee, i coped real well and looking forward to my next meeting.
I thought i would share my success with you all.
