Great Holiday in Spain

I feel so chuffed with myself.
Went on hols with friends. Coped with flight. coped with being away from home, felt relaxed from day one.
Having strategies to deal with anxiety like being able to phone or text a friend helped and also things to deal with symptoms, a battery operated fan for the hot/cold flashes, Hercule Poirot stories on CD to distract, plenty of water and loose fitting clothes.
Did not take Diazipam. Need to build on sucess.
