Did you say you are getting cbt? My brain isn't functioning properly this morning lol. Have you tried the free cbt course on here? Might help x
I'm on the list but no idea when I'll finally do it.I've tried online CBT before and not convinced I can do it on my own... Just feel mega grotty today.

Yes maybe you're just anxious about people coming to stay and that's bringing you down a bit.
Definitely not anxious about the friends coming..I'm looking forward to it as it will distract my mind completley. Friends are arriving tomorrow eve. I tend to be a problem to myself when I'm alone with no distraction...
