Thanks for this post! I was on sert 25 for 2 weeks and now 50 for 30 weeks, not feeling really anything positive yet but your post is making me want to stick it out!

So felt ok last night, didn't sleep much but that's been the case recently so no change there. My stomach was a bit gurgly but I go through stages of suffering from IBS so I'm used to that, it just made me more wary before going out for a run.

Anyway I've just taken it again for today, about half an hour ago, and I feel a bit woozy just now.

My first night I didn't sleep at all! Felt like I was just full of energy, by the third night this was dissapearing, I found taking it earlier in the day stopped this as well, I now take mine morning / mid day.

Well done for taking it wabbit the first few days were the roughest with side effects for me but they really weren't what I was expecting- I'd read all the horror stories on the Internet and side effects list! They really did all settle down quickly and I'm so glad I started them

30weeks and feeling nothing that scary sure you should he feeling something others are saying four to six weeks and feeling better x
