Hi Cammy, similar situation here, just feeling generally anxious. I'm listening to music to try and help me relax , I'm using earphones or I'll end up waking everyone else up lol

I always find a documentary on YouTube and it does wonders for putting me to sleep. Especially some of the BBC ones on the universe or history. That soothing rather monotone Brit accent... next thing I know I'm out! (Not that Brits are boring but you know what I mean ~lol~)
