Tingling, cold feeling??

Hi everyone

I have noticed that whenever i get an anxiety/panic attack I get a feeling that my skin is tingling and feels quite cold, like ive just been outside on a windy day with shortsleeves!

I know that sounds strange but does anyone else get that?

I get that ALL the time even when i am not feeling anxious at all.
I always think that i am in a draft but i'm not. Its strange!

i get that too so your not alone..you might be feeling really hot..then you got freezing and tingly.

My boyfriend gets this and I always know when he is not going to have such a good night when he says he is feeling really cold. The tingles only started recently for him and reading these posts confirms for me that he is ok just needs to talk himself down from the feelings like he does when he has an attack. Thanks for sharing
