Propanolol and Seroxat

I've been on seroxat for years. Was on propanolol too bit came off it a while ago. My panics ate really bad. Not eating or sleeping. Found some propanolol 40mg. Shpuld I take one???

These drugs are powerful. It's not a good idea to take them without the doctor knowing. They also take time to get into your system so taking one would not help.

Apparently propranolol is really difficult to go cold turkey on and can often trigger stong rebound anxiety. The best advice I could give you would be book a doctor's appointment and discuss it with a professional.
