I get really bad panic cause by headaches, the pain gets worse when Im actually having an attack. Terrible things

James, I get them and then panic about what I have got one and why so badly. I take far too many Nurofen tablets to help but the headaches are so strong headache tablets only help a bit. What sometimes helps is when I lie down with a cold flannel when I get them, or get to a quiet area/room, close my eyes and do deep breathing exercises and have a herbal tea
