ESA stopped...mandatory reconsideration refused my appeal...what to do?

I would phone your Doctor and therapist and ask if they can vouch for you. Maybe you can get it in writing that you cannot do what they are asking of you. Surely your Doctor and therapist know that people in your situation can't cope with going out.

I'm getting sick and tired of hearing things like this; it's like asking someone who can't walk to "just stand up and get on with it".

I hope you figure something out.
