Hi guys,

I don't want this to become a thing for me as I've been doing really great anxiety wise since my very low patch at the beginning of the year when I was on here a lot.

So I'm not anxious currently but I am doing a LOT of exercise. I notice that I am having more frequent ectopic beats since starting this routine, not during the exercise but just when I'm sitting and relaxing. It will just be one on it's own, no dizziness etc. but maybe once or twice a day. Prior to this I would only have as many as anyone else, like a couple a year maybe, maybe slightly more when anxious who knows.

I don't want to go google searching I just want the low down on what to make of this based on what you guys who are already in the know have learnt!
