beating the blues

hi,
i have just started a beating the blues computer program which i have to go to the doctors and complete the course .
its based on cbt the programme starts with an introductory video of about 10 mins.
it is followed bye 8 sessions ,each 50 mins long.
there are projects to do between sessions and at the end of each session
you get a printout shwing your progress and your docor all so gets a copy.

i wondered if anybody else is doing this course i am finding it quite usfull i like the printed work sheets there are very helpful giving me a goal each week etc.

i have had cbt one to one about 4 yrs ago and i dont think this will replace this but i am finding the information and the time i can take to takeverything in very usfall indeed.

i also only had to wait 2 wks for this therpy.

Can you only get it from the GP?

yes i think so nicola my doctor had to refir me its not my local doctor i go to do the beating the blues program but it is another surgy but is not to far from me
