    Mirtazapine 15mg and Quetiapine 150mg.

Anyone got any experience or comments about this combination I have been put on after seeing a psych ?
Been on Mirt doses from 7.5 mg to 45 mg and not feeling any better after nearly 5 months on them for anxiety and depression.
I am desperate to get better.

I was under the impression that mitazipine was used for thought based? Irrational thoughts and derealisation. This is what my physiatrist told me. She said it's not a anxiety drug so I was prescribed sertraline as well to deal with the anxiety x

Mirtazapine can be prescribed for anxiety, but several people posting to NMP have said that it was not so helpful for anxiety, though helped with sleep. It really depends on the person - if it's not working after several months, you may want to try something else.
