Has anyone tried Quiet life pills?

I was wondering if anyone has tried the Quiet Life pills and if so did they help anyone with their stress and panic?

I've tried Quiet Lives. I find them helpful when I'm just a bit stressed but useless when I'm very anxious.

Hi,

I tried these for anxiety and they did work to some extent. They took away the stomach churning and the constant thinking but the palpitations and dizziness remained. I tried Kalms first but they gave me a horrible ectopic heartbeat every now and again but Quiet Life stopped these, I think Motherwort is the ingredient that helps your heart.
All tablets affect everyone differently so you may be ok??
I've just started on citalopram today cos the herbals didn't work for me. Best of luck on them though, I hope they help you. x x
