Hello everyone, this is my first time posting here.
I’m from Coventry in the UK. I’m 26.
When I was 19, I had my first anxiety and Panic attack and from then on for a year I suffered the following:
- Chest Pains
- Dizziness
- Pains in my Arms
- Headaches
- Severe feeling of panic
- flashes of light and seeing strange things
- Blurry Eyes
- Shortness of Breath
- Can’t Swallow
- Choking sensation
- Whole body aches
- Clammyness
- Tingling
- Numbess
- Migraines
- Dry Mouth
- Severe pains in chest and arms
- Vertigo
- Night Sweats
- Can’t catch a full breath
There is also a lot more but I’m being boring now. These stopped when I was 22 and I lived a normal life until May 2017, I woke up one day as normal then I had a pain in my chest and I couldn’t catch a breath, I had a panic attack from nowhere, since that day in May until now I’ve experienced all the above symptoms and it’s killing me, I need to change and I need it to stop, my baby is being born in August and I need to change for that.
I feel nobody really understands how I feel, has anyone felt the same? Had the same symptoms? It’s worth mentioning I was born with a Coarctation of the aorta, and when I was 14 I had a stent fitted. So I’m guessing my biggest worry is having a heart attack
