Ovarian cancer worries

Hi everyone,

All has been fine for ages until around a week ago. I suddenly got stomach ache that coincided with my period. It's not gone away and affects my bowels and lower back mainly on one side. Aching and twinges with a feeling like I need to go to the loo a lot.

I'm especially worried as I have had a lot of IVF and had my twins 18 months ago. I have been off colour for the last couple of months - tiredness mainly, with quite erratic periods.

I've booked myself a private gynae ultrasound for next week. We go on holiday the same day so feeling quite stressed about it all. Can't get an appointment any sooner. Has anyone had experience of similar? Trying to not let my anxiety get the better of me. Support and advice really welcomed.
