Woke Up With This - Anyone Experience the Same?

For the last few days I've had a weird sensation right next to my heart, coming maybe one or twice a day until this morning right after I woke up where it was just continuous for a good half hour or so and has now completely gone.

The closest I can describe it to is like a rumbling or vibrating, that starts in the center of my chest next to my heart and almost runs down slightly a cm or so and then disappears.

I found sitting up straight really helped ease it off and I thought it might be a gas thing (there was gas/very similar feeling to stomach rumbling), but it happened right after I woke up and this vibrating/rumbling is always the sensation I get before a palp attack so I'm really confused about what it might be.

Anyone experience this before or know what it could be? 😬

I have this as well. Not quite sure what it is but I think it's an anxiety symptom because my heart does so many strange things but is healthy according to my cardiologist.
