Has anyone successfully used CBT therapy to help their health anxiety? I have been in a bad place since a loved one was in an Unexpected accident and died about 6 years ago.

I have a bruise on the underside of my forearm That i don’t know where it came from and I’m convinced I have leukemia. Trying to keep myself from calling the dr and asking for a CBC.

I keep searching and reading and searching and reading on the Internet. I take medication and it takes the edge off but I need something else.
