I was 100% convinced they'd find cancer. I'd planned my own funeral and everything! They found nothing except a pile...
If you have sedation (and I recommend it) you won't know anything about it. You'll feel drunk, but nice drunk - not BLEUGH drunk. And it will only feel like seconds before they're telling you they're all done!
