It's feeling rather warm today. 18 degrees, and I don't like it.

Today has been exceptionally hot. A mere 18 degrees, but my body reacted like it was 35. It feels warm in my flat, like I have the radiators on. But I don't. Maybe the heat from the 2 flats below is rising. It's warm outside, and feels like it wants to thunder.

I am not looking forward to summer.

Think it's the humidity wired. I was so hot sleeping last night despite having the windows open all day. The storm expected will clear it.

And the hay fever will soon be making sufferers miserable.

It's even worse today. Sat infront of the fan, windows open, feels very humid. I'm not looking forward to summer.

I'm excited for the rain! Apparently we've had a mini heatwave. I didn't sleep very well at all last night so I'm very much looking forward to cooler weather. Doggy was very hot yesterday so I put him in a cold shower. Going to refrain from going out today until later tonight so it's more comfortable for him.

He's scratching at his ear again so I booked him into the vets on Monday. When I spoke with the vet she said she's going to give him some more meds, and then check up on him in 2 weeks to see if he's stopped the scratching.

He's such a lovely dog. Loves his ball. He'll have it in his mouth all day long and then randomly drop it on my lap so I can play.

Aww, heat doesn't sit well with dogs. Hopefully they both of you will feel the benefits of the rain.

Yep. I noticed it has been clammy in my flat. But if I open my windows to let in a fresh breeze, large wasps are gonna fly in.

It's a good idea to keep windows and curtains closed. It keeps the cool air in (or the hot air out).

I'm looking forward to the thunderstorms tonight.

Sometimes it's not just about the number on the thermometer, it's about how it feels, right?
