palinopsia ?

Hello everyone. So for awhile I have been experiencing what appears to be palinopsia. It happens very randomly. An Example at night sometimes i will look over toward my computer, the bright LED will appear several times across my vision in a trail as i look away. Another example is seeing seeing more than one hand as move my hand quickly. These episodes are normally very brief, does anyone else experience this ? I have never discussed this with my GP, but for some reason it freaked my out tonight, as I have experienced it 3 times today.
