    Re: CBT

i'm having CBT at the moment-predominantly for the Panic Attacks and GAD but I feel that I need to concentrate more on the Health Anxiety at the moment. It does seem to be helping but it has been quite challenging and demanding for me so its not a walk in the park. You need to allow yourself to at least give it a go or there is no point trying it. its not a miracle cure for everyone but as long as you are willing to try it you cant ask anymore of yourself
