I don't want to give the wrong impression, I still endure occasional anxiety attacks, especially when in environments that are unfamiliar. That said, when I read my journal entries from just a year ago, it's hard to believe that was me. I am much more self-assured and confident now.

I want other people to consider a book that has helped me. This is the present that I gave to every family memebr of mine last Christmas. It is called "Been There, Done That? Do This!" by Sam Obitz. There is something about the way it communicates that helps give me a new way of looking at my anxiety attacks, and often I am able to diffuse them. It is written in a conversational tone, like a friend talking to you. I feel indebted to it and I feel compelled to tell others about it, so it can help them too, if they're suffering from anxiety attacks and depression. www.tao3.com
