managament for anx

Has any 1 had managament for anx. I'm starting it on Thursday and I'm very nervous about it.

hi i go to a thing called condition management through the job centre...just wondering if its something along the same line ?

I have had two meetings with my worker so far.She is nice she wants me to chanage 1 of my meds as dose every 1 else.only differance is she is gonna be there to support me through it. She wants to help me set up a safty net for my next anx attack.
