Hi everyone, I bought some rescue remedy today in prep for going to see Oasis in Dublin this Friday (I'm even more freaked about the train following events in London). I haven't used r.r before and was wondering if it has an immediate effect and also if b12 is any good cos I bought those too? Thanx a bunch[8D]

I 've bought rescue remedy not too long ago, I went to a gig in London and used it to help me go thru it.
It just takes the edge away and makes things easier. I hope it will help you. And enjoy the concert. [8D]

Hey, yeah i have used it before and it does work, its a little bizzarre with the taste but at least you get distracted by that long enough for it to work hehe . Seriously though it is good stuff, i myself am going to be using it when i go on a 2 hr 20 min train journey (i might add i dont go anywhere alone so this is scary), and it will help i know it will , for us both! .
