Re: Getting a hobby - a positive outlet!

I can't over-emphasise the difference in me now I have started doing my old hobbies again. I just came 2nd in a writing competition, my cars are becoming notorious in my local town, I got a girlfriend and I am getting on better with friends and family than ever.

Please, please, anyone who's reading this, try doing something you enjoy. Try something new as well! What's the worst that can happen? It's not like your head is going to explode.
