I shall complain about batteries running out. This morning I was woken by the dog going crazy because one of the fire alarms was bipping because the battery was running out. Poor dog was terrified. Initially I tried shutting us in the dining room, but she could still hear it. Then I thought 'I'll just take it down', as I was busy disconnecting the battery, I realised it was the wrong alarm. So up the ladder I went to take another one down. Bloody hell, what a rude awakening!

The additional annoying thing is the damn little blighters always seem to start their yipping in the night.

Poor dog. But on the upside an extra night time fuss and maybe a treat?

She did get both! 😁 Although she wasn't keen on eating her treat for a bit, until she'd calmed down.

I work on the phones all day in customer service and I have to say that its annoying! And its so common too! How do people just let it continue to beep like that? I'm always so tempted to say something but I can't

Yeah, I have to admit being in the customer service industry, in my previous position, I would throw in a "battery dying?" occasionally I don't know what's worse though, the beeping (which is a trigger for me) or speaking with someone in the bathroom or eating while they're talking to you.

KK you stinker! What's going on and how are you?! Well... Barb quit and I filed a law suit to recover the funds we paid her and its still in pre-arbitration so.....
