Valerian Root
Hey, i bought some Valerian root after reading it can be used for anxiety sufferers. Just wondering if anyone else has had any luck with it? I was also looking at 5HTP as well but didnt buy it today as was bit more expensive
Either of these any good?

Just checked my herbal books, and valerain root is advised for nervous conditions esp. after it was found to be effective for shell shock in the First World War. Take for short periods though, 2-3 weeks and then leave for a few days before continuing.

Well, if it works for shell shock I suspect it is, but to be sure check with your doctor or NHS Direct.
