Hi
There may already be a thread on this sorry, but I was just wondering what peoples view are on Kalms?
I was thinking of trying them soon, and wondered if they did any good or if there are any negatives
thanks

Hi there, I tried kalms for a good while and found them to be not very affective. However I tried "quiet life" tablets which are similar but have more ingredients in, they work very well! 2 tabs keep you calm and 3 tabs aid you in a great night's sleep!
Hope this helps
I'm a great fan of Kalms-take three or four a day and do find they take the edge off the anxiety and tension. I also find Rescue Remedy very effective for a "quick fix"
Best of luck
John
I have tried kalms and they where good, relaxed me and took the edge off, hope they work for you,

What if the Hokey Cokey actually is what it's all about?
neva tried em. i should look into teh herbal remz.
Kalms helped to take the edge off anxiety for me, although I don't think they work if your anxiety is severe. It takes the edge off enough to face things more but it doesn't completely get rid of anxiety which in a way is a good thing, as you need to feel some level of anxiety to be able to desensitize yourself and overcome it. Good luck, I hope it helps you
I found them to be pretty useless. I think Rescue Remedy is much better.

Never Surrender, Comrade
The night time ones worked for me ,but gave me an upset stomach .Rescue remedy does take the edge off of mild anxiety tho .Sue x
Anyone taken these long term??
Im terrified of taking medication and was thinking these might be a good starting point for me to try something?
Hi there
I've been taking Kalms for many many months with no adverse effects. They've been around for years so I am sure they're completely safe otherwise they would have been taken off the market long since.
I hope they work for you
Regards
John
