So they had people do a power pose and then retested their stress hormones and turns out the stress hormone levels had dropped

So maybe the next time you are anxious instead of closing up, crossing arms, try opening up your body more.

You can google power pose for more ideas, but basically you just need to open up your body more, physically taking up more space.

I've not had the chance to try it yet, but it is something I've never heard of until recently so almost looking forward to trying it out
