Hi again,

Ive been gripped by social anxiety now for 10 yrs.
I go for CB therapy once a month and so far so good. It has opened my eyes up to myself and my anxieties.
I would like to know what some of you think of this treatment?
Are there different variteties of CBT?
I have had 5 sessions of therapy and so far so good although it does feel as though pandoras box has been opened!
I have felt as if the therapy was exposing some of my most inner feelings. Some dedad and buried memories from the past.
Does anyone else feel like that in CBT?... as though issues are being dragged up, exposed and dealt with?
