I still get that cotton wool thing too at times, although I've managed to link it to tension I think. Its very hard to understand the over-thinking, worrying etc I've found I have days where it happens n now others where it doesn't. You just have to try n accept it as a part of how you are at present n its a difficult skill to master. Did you feel any better before the increase or has there been no improvement at all do you think? The fact you had a good day Fri is a good sign I think x x
