Hey all,
The last 6 months I've been very much struggling with terrible fatigue and brain fog (can't think straight - it's so hard to concentrate or remember things). Both are making life and university so very difficult and I'm feeling so down :( It doesn't help that, no matter how much reassurance, I still can't 100% trust this is all due to anxiety. Does anyone have any experience with similar symptoms or any advice on what helps?
