Guys, I appreciate a piece of advice, whoever can.

One of these little "stem-like" things under tongue ( Wharton's ducts? - not sure), is little red and tiny bit bigger then on the other side. I have my cleaning and half-year exam next Wednesday (July 27th). Do I just rinse with salt water and wait, or should I try to get in earlier? My last exam was 6 months ago.

Could this be from rough teeth brushing, or maybe some rough food? Does not look terrible, but of course - it bothers me and I keep on looking.

Thank you again!

BTW, I had several health "scares" in the past few weeks and kept on going from doctor to doctor. I am so tired of it.
