Hi, I just wanted to mention anather great site (apart from this one) i once visited when my anxiety was really bad and found it to be a great help and made me understand how we think when we suffer from Anxiety , Generalized anxiety, phobias, ocd and depression. The site has many little sayings which i found helpfull and they also sell a booklet which although is £8 is full of info and would say its worth a read. The site is www.help-for.com.
