Hi all,

I had a SERIOUS anxiety attack 3 days ago, dont know what was going off but i woke up with full body numbness, heavy breathing, dizziness, you name it..i had it...

Once i was breathing properly and i was abit calmer the numbness started to go away but not completely.

For the last 3 days i've still got the full body numbness... it keeps getting worse, then better, then new area's are numb...

Is this just anxiety?

Stress?
