Well...I got a letter today with a date for my assessment for the Mindfulness CBT group. I'm going to have to change the time cos I'm meant to be at work, but should be ok. I hope. There's an info leaflet wth the letter and I have both the books that are used on the course. Is that a good start?!

There's a Beck's Depression Index questionnaire but I'm not sure quite how to answer. I wouldn't say I'm depressed at the moment, but I get overcome with anxiety and that's a different feeling-don't ya think?! I guess I can explain myself when I go to the appointment.

What are people's experiences of CMHT assessments?
