I can so relate to this holiday anxiety. As some of you may know it happened to me recently quite badly but I went and did the opposite of what my mind was telling and went, despite the panicy feelings and no sleep. Now I'm back I feel refreshed and have at last had 2 nights of full sleep. Now I am getting on with my life as normal. I also have a very bad phobia about flying which doesn't stop me but sometimes adds to my fears.
