    Re: I'm having a blip

Thank you all for being so kind and supportive. I have been back to my GP on Monday and had a long chat with her. She thinks that I try to take on too much. I also worry about problems that are not my problem. She has offered short term CBT to tackle the morbid thoughts but I have declined this at the moment. We discussed whether I should see my consultant for a meds change. I haven't ruled this out if things don't improve then I will go to see him (privately). I'm sorry Tessar that I haven't replied to your PM but I will. EJ

Sending you some hugs EJ. I have been like you for several weeks.
Had my meds changed twice but things are no better.
Hope things improve for you xx

At the moment chlordiazepoxide. and mogadon for sleep.
Tried amatriptiline and zopiclone, but the after effects were horrendous.
Not on any antidepressants. Have not been back to see GP,
Also aspirin and cholesterol tablets co-codamol for pain.
Am waiting to see a rheumatologist in December.
I am feeling very anxious at the moment as we are having visitors
any minuet . I always get wound up if anyone is coming .xx

I'm still feeling quite low but still managing to go to work and run the house. Everything takes that bit longer. I still feel as if I should sit it out although my pharmacist (also a friend) thinks I should go back to see Dr J. He might want to change the mirtazapine although I think that my GP does not want to rock the boat. Maybe I should just ride it out? EJ
