Just wanted to post an update ... I have been trying to incorporate more natural foods (fruits, veggies, etc) and protein while limiting my carbs and sugar intake... I do still have some whole grain carbs .. I'm Italian, I can't live without some pasta once in a while lol ... but I am doing really well! I have lost about 5 pounds now but can tell my muscle definition is really toning up. I am not looking for a huge weight loss, as I'm not overweight, but feel much healthier.
