I have been prepping at home and going gym once a week in readiness for some propper GYM sessions next week
Having not eaten properly through my worst panics i have managed to lose some weight
I will be concentrating on toning what i have rather than trying to build mass
Cardio is really what i need but i find it hard to be consistent on
I go alone but always find time to speak with others in the sauna .
The gym has a Pool and 4 saunas so i will definitely be in those quite a bit too , just hope my fave machine doesn`t turn out to be the vending machine haha
