Some advise would be much appreciated please.
I had my medical at the start of July and didn't score the 15 points required to stay on ESA I was awarded 6 points. The first I knew about failing was receiving a letter on 7th August notifying me that as of 31st July all benefits had stopped and I would have to attend the job centre and go on JSA. I immediately put in for mandatory reconsideration sending extra medical evidence and was awarded a further 6 points taking me up to 12 points so still not enough points. I immediately then put a tribunal appeal in and received a text from the DWP 2 weeks ago saying they have been contacted by the tribunal service and they have 4 weeks to reply.
I've read conflicting advice on the web that when you've put a tribunal appeal in you should be returned to ESA can anybody help? as I hate having to attend the job centre and as my partner works it's all over under £35 per week!!! THANKS
