Somethings different!

I've been on Citalopram now for 10 days, and I've had the up's and down's already.

Over the last few days I've seen bad stories, that might be putting people off. To those with the awful experience currently with Citalopram, my heart goes out to you, it's really not nice, but stick with it.

Today I woke up and felt awful, I felt like complete crap, low, anxious, out of it.

I'm back from a family meal (which I was feeling anxious about), when I got there I felt great.

Citalopram is certainly doing something for me, I don't feel fear, I didn't feel half as anxious as I usually would!

So this is for you all finding it tough, thinking about starting this medication, STICK WITH IT.

We can all do it!!!!!!!

I have been tempted to quit it because I can't sleep and I don't know if I want or really need to be on a anti depressant.

Yay loving a positive post
Mornings are so sucky & I don't know if they ever get better because they certainly aren't for me! But it's so good when you make yourself go out and do something & find you actually enjoy it, it gives you a much needed boost that you can feel happy & normal again.
Really glad you are feeling good x
