I had mentioned that I used it along with one on one therapy for some depression and "scanxiety" after my cancer. My therapist was all for it. While certain aspects may not apply to everyone, there are many sections that will be beneficial. I still use many of the techniques as they're useful in everyday stressful situations (work, relationships etc.).

Of course, it take a lot of focus and work but as they say... anything worth having is worth working for. I think having this resource for all members regardless of their particular mental health diagnosis is vital as many are not in a position to get professional real life help. At least there's something that has been shown to be a positive that members can refer to and help themselves.
