Brilliant to hear this, Primula!
Just look how much it agitated you not so long ago and how no you can give it a "meh" and plod on with your day. Isn't that what recovery looks like?
It's a learning experience for if you get a blip too, although they are horrible when they happen but get easier as you respond less to them, as it shows the power is most definately within you.
