I have health anxiety but I’ve been so good lately. I do worry sometimes about food making me sick. Like if meat isn’t cooked enough I’ll get salmonella poisoning.
Well today I cleaned my oven. I followed the directions on the bottle. I put the oven on 200 degrees f. I sprayed the cleaner and let it sit for 15 minutes. Then I wet a sponge and wiped it off. Well my husband asked did you clean off the cleaner enough. I said yes but now I’m worried I didn’t. I made dinner in the oven and ate it. Now I’m panicking that I will die from these chemicals on my food. Please help.
